Agendas:

1. Determine type of project
2. Discuss which location are strategic
3. Make a survey about library system among a group of students

For the second meeting, we were discussing about what kind of project that we want to develop. And then, we also want to determine about the location of the library that we want to implement this system.

Team Developer 1 gives some ideas

So we have decide to visualize our library system as a user-friendly kiosk that replace the librarian at the main counter. So after this, the borrowing and returning books process will be handle by our Library Management System. The user do not have to search the entire library to find a specified book that they want. They only have to enter any keyword that relates to the book and then our system will search for them. Then if the system finds it available, it will gives option to the user if they want to borrow it or not.

4. Discuss about the objective of forming a group
5. Give task to each member of the group

Our First Meeting

For your information, all of the students of 2 TSK for 2009/2010 Academic Session now are taking Software Engineering (TSK 2213) subject. Mdm Yuhanim Hani Bt. Yahaya has been responsible for teaching this subject to all the 2nd year student under the Department of Computer Science, National Defence University of Malaysia.

For our coursework project, we have been given a task to generate a prototype or a system. So, we have formed a group of 5 people and the list are:

1) Ahmad Nabil Bin Ahmad Iskandar
2) Mohd. Rizal Bin Che Hassan
3) Hasnul Azizi Bin Zulkifle
4) Muhamad Nur Fitri Bin Hashim
5) Mohamad Zakaria Hifzan Bin Hisahuddin

Then we decided to use "V-Team" as our group name. This is because "V" symbols in Roman represents "five" and our group consist of five people.

We have been assigned to make a Library Management System. So we discuss about how to make this things possible. Then, we assigned each and every person in our group with various role. We have agreed that Mohd. Rizal as our group leader, Ahmad Nabil as System Designer, Hasnul Azizi as Team Developer 1, Mohammad Zakaria as Team Developer 2, and Nur Fitri as System Analyst.
