Management Activities	Descriptions
1) Prepare Proposal	Group give the specific name of our project. Our members discuss about the whole idea of project, and write the proposal
2) Do Research	Discuss about the whole things in the project,the benefit of Virtual Library System, comparison with classic method and their vulnerabilities.
3) Do Survey	Our group do an interview to the user and get the feedback.
4) Submit Proposal	Send to our lecturer,Puan Yuhanim Hani
5) Estimate Project	Determine the size,cost and time estimae in the beginning of our project.
6) Divide Tasks	Each member is break into specific tasks based on their skills and list out all the task which divided.
7) Planning Process	Determine duration time of the project,resource need.
8) Graphical Schedule Representation	-Bar chart and activity network -skecth the Gant-Chart and Pert-Chart
9) Determine Risks	Estimate types of risk,the risk that will be happen ,risk analysis and how to manage the risk
10 )System Requirement	Identify functional and non-functional requirement and skecth use case diagram
11) Calculate Costing	Determine the total budget and cost
12) Manufacturer Purchases	Buy the manufacturer items
13) Renovation Storage	Determine the capacity of storage needed to keep in the books in Library location.
14) Develop Hardware And Software	List out the items needed to build and manage the system
15) Monitoring And Review
16) Report
