No Risks Countermeasure/solution Probability Effect 1 VCD scratch VCD testing before being borrowed Low Serious 2 Hackers Install an anti-hacking system and alarm on the kiosk system. High Serious 3 Blackout on sudden Install a backup emergency battery that can support the system for a moment to avoid data loss. Very low Insignificant 4 Technical problems Set a technician team be ready for any time needed. They must be near the kiosk so that they can troubleshoot the problems immediately. People risks:
No Risk Countermeasure/Solution Probability Effect 1 Too many user want to access in the same time Produce more than one counter for user’s satisfaction. Low Tolerable 2 First time user They do not know the right way of using this technology. So, we publish the guidelines manual/tutorial so that they can read and use the system efficiently. Low Tolerable 3 Operation time The system will be available for all the users for 24 hours a day which means that anyone can access at any time on their own. Very Low Insignificant

Every legitimate account holder will be asked to key in ID number to log in and access the system.
